It has been over a month since my last post (here or on social media). On June 28th I shared my purpose for posting online at all. God told me years ago, “publish peace“. Following those instructions is something I’ve tried to do, in various forms, for over twenty-five years. To say that it has been an inconsistent effort would be an understatement. In June I thought my post was to be a new beginning and that I would be sharing regularly, if not daily. But God wasn’t finished showing me what He wanted me to understand.
I’m not free to give you all the details yet, but there are some updates to I’d like to make you aware of. First, following Jesus’ instructions to His followers, the blog now has a category for “our witness”
“Here I am sending you out like sheep with wolves all round you; so be as wise as serpents and yet as harmless as doves. But be on your guard against men. For they will take you to the court and flog you in their synagogues. You will be brought into the presence of governors and kings because of me—to give your witness to them and to the heathen.

Secondly, I’m attempting to simplify the entire index so it will be more effective in quickly finding what you’re looking for. With over seven hundred total posts, written over a period of twenty plus years, the job is going to take awhile, so please, be patient. I do, however, encourage you to take a few minutes and look around at the various categories and tags.
That’s pretty much it for today. But, the plan going forward is to share what I’ve been given on a regular, if not daily, basis.
