…You direct me on the path that leads to a beautiful life.
As I walk with You, the pleasures are never-ending,
and I know true joy and contentment. Psalm 16:11 The Voice Bible *
Be Thankful for Something!

My friend Mr. Longfellow wrote:
“Be still, sad heart!
and cease repining;
Behind the clouds
is the sun still shining;
Thy fate is the common
fate of all.
Into each life
some rain must fall.”
_Henry Wadsworth Longfellow
A grateful soul brings a blessed life. There is always, ALWAYS, ALWAYS, something to be thankful for. Find it.
Find something, every day, to be thankful for.
Want sweet sleep? Spend the last few minutes before going to bed writing down the day’s blessings in your journal or on a note for tomorrow. It is impossible to lie awake troubled and upset when there is something positive to contemplate as you drop off to sleep.
Here is the bottom line: do not worry about your life. … do not consume yourselves with questions: What will we eat? What will we drink? What will we wear? Outsiders make themselves frantic over such questions; they don’t realize that your heavenly Father knows exactly what you need. Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and then all these things will be given to you too. So do not worry about tomorrow. Let tomorrow worry about itself. Living faithfully is a large enough task for today. Matthew 6.25-33 The Voice Bible
